MuayThai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.

Boxing

Boxing has also become a popular fitness trend for people who are trying to lose weight or get in better shape. If you don't believe that boxing is a great workout, try punching something as hard as you can for three consecutive minutes and you'll find out how great of a workout boxing can be! Boxing is a great high intensity aerobic workout for maximum calorie burn in the shortest time. Check out my promo video!

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is a military self-defence and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces (Shin Bet and Mossad) that derived from a combination of techniques sourced from Boxing, Wrestling, Aikido, Judo, Karate along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga takes the most simple and practical techniques of other fighting styles and makes them rapidly teachable to anyone.

Kid's Anti Bullying class

Bullying is offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, or an abuse or misuse of power through means that undermine, humiliate, denigrate or injure another person. Bullying may happen in public or in private. Safeguard your child & equip them with the necessary tools to stand up for themselves with confidence.

Functional Fitness

A fitness bootcamp is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. Training often commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pushups/situps and various types of intense explosive routines

Drop in Packages

For those with a busy/unpredictable schedule, we have a range of drop in packages which do not require you to sign a contract and there is NO JOINING FEE. The package is paid for upfront and a drop in card is issued to you. Please bring your drop in card every time you attend a class for record purposes. Monthly use of the gym area and equipment is not included, this option is for CLASSES ONLY.
